▶ All studios are fully equipped, air-conditioned, soundproof, acoustically tuned, include comfortable seating arrangements, wireless broadband, adjustable lighting, and are kept very clean.

▶ Drums are equipped with hi-hats and ride; crash cymbals are available for rent.

▶ $18 per hour solo musician rate available Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (However, if space is available, we are happy to book solo musicians on weekends and weekday evenings 90 minutes before rehearsal time).

▶ All rates, until booked, are subject to change.

▶ 2-hour minimum booking for bands & 1-hour minimum for solo musicians.

▶ Bookings are by the hour, on the hour.

▶ 24-hour advance notice is required for any changes or cancellations made to the booking or you must pay the full price of the booking.
