Studio Rules and Policies
The following rules and policies are necessary to maintain the quality of Exposition Studios.
Your full cooperation is appreciated. Breaking any rules or policies may result in a fine.
Repeat offenders may be banned. We reserve the right to refuse service.
BOOKING:
A 2 Hour minimum is required for 2 or more people.
A 1 Hour minimum is required for solo musicians.
$18/hr Solo Rate (one room, one person) Monday - Friday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM. 90 minutes before booking, or walk-in if we have availability anytime! (applies to evenings/weekends)
We are only flexible for walk-ins, given that we have rehearsal rooms available.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all changes or cancellations, or you will be charged the full price of the booking. No exceptions.
Leave your room on time or you will be charged for the extra time. Leaving late without prior approval puts unnecessary stress on the entire facility and other clients. If you would like more time, please check for availability at the front desk.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour advance notice is required for any changes or cancellations made to the booking, or you must pay the full price of the booking.
Please ask for details if you book within 48 hours. We do check our time-stamped voicemails.
LOST/FOUND
Be sure to collect all of your belongings, as Exposition Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
It is a courtesy when we look for left-behind items and hold items for one week. We appreciate your cooperation!
ROOM CARE
Leave the room as you found it. Ensure you reset the drums, return equipment to its original position, and pick up any trash.
Move the equipment with care. Allow enough time to re-set, pack up, and vacate the room by the end of your scheduled time.
Please be mindful of the next group of musicians using the room after you.
EQUIPMENT
Any equipment missing or unreasonably damaged must be paid for at full cost of replacement plus staff time costs, or the full cost of repair (at our option) plus staff time costs.
If any equipment is faulty upon entering the room, please notify the staff at the front desk.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
NO PETS
There is a No-Animal Policy for all studios. If your pet is a service animal, please show a badge at the front desk for verification.
RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLE
Studio doors must be closed when playing instruments/singing/making noise.
No playing, singing, or shouting in the common area or in parking lots. Please respect our neighbors and leave the premises quietly.
Please also respect other musicians' time when rehearsing, and knock.
